the belief that is guided through this arguement is that if people should recieve the death penalityand the question is that if it its humane to do so to take someone's life
Yes they seem persuasive because it shows the values of the death panality and its purposes
The Video of the death penalty
that if what he did should he recieve the penalty of recieving death.
This benefits the people and people in prison for life then their spending to much money and the death penalty
Yes it seems very persuasive because it reduces americans to stop paying taxes to keep prisoners sentenced in jail for life.
Another reason is the just everyone makes mistakes and doesn't mean they should receieve the death penalty.
Not really persuasive towards readers because overall if they received life imprsonment its for a real , threat to the everyone .
Another reason is just being executed and according to the reasons of the death penalty its justan easy way out for them.
yes it was persuasive because it demonstrates and helps me udnerstand why we shouldn't have the death penalty we have the criminals locked up for a reason to keep them away from the citizens and nation from harm.
Part 5: Critical Thinking
Role play the following situation: As a member of a jury, you have listened to an eye-witness to the crime. His information is taken very seriously by the other members of the jury. Explain to them why eye-witness memory may not be as reliable as they believe it to be.
5/3/12
Eye-Witness memory may not be as reliable as they believe it to be is just because not the witnesses are going to lie and put an innocent man to prison. it's just they might listen to the police's " thinking of who they might think it was " because maybe of paranoia. Just basically what happened on the video that we watched in class. They don't really physcally who it was.
